Experteer Overview As Principal Software Engineer on the Discovery UX team, you design scalable frontend features that shape how millions discover experiences. You’ll bridge frontend with backend and data pipelines to ship complete, high-performance capabilities across devices. You drive UX through experimentation and analysis, influencing client-server orchestration and dynamic code delivery. You collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a coherent, scalable user experience that aligns with Roblox’s mission to connect people at scale.
