Experteer Overview In this Technology Consultant 2 role, you contribute to delivering AI-enabled, cloud-assisted software solutions for financial services. You will guide requirements, design discussions, and end-to-end delivery across the SDLC, ensuring system stability and quality. You work with cross-functional teams to translate complex needs into actionable tasks and help organizations leverage AI, data analytics, and cloud capabilities. This is an opportunity to shape transformative projects in banking, wealth management, and insurance with hands-on coding and design impact. Compensation / Benefits * Document assigned portions of business requirements and guide design decisions * Facilitate design discussions to steer technical implementation * Code and integrate new features while maintaining stability * Conduct code reviews and manage code repositories * Implement test strategies and coordinate bug fixes * Develop user training, documentation, and support frameworks * Resolve production issues and propose preventive reliability measures * Maintain detailed records of code, tests, and support activities Tasks * Python development experience * APIs, scripting, automation, problem solving * AWS cloud technologies including Data Analytics, AI/ML, GenAI * Exposure to DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI) * Platform engineering, observability, cloud operations Key requirements * Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance * Long-term/Short-term Disability * Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts * 401(k) plan and contributions * Paid holidays plus Paid Time Off
