Secret Cleared Software Engineers (Mid & Senior) - Remote $55-$65/hr 100% Remote Active Secret Clearance Required Federal Program

Insight Global is hiring both Mid-Level and Senior Software Engineers to support a federal client in a fully remote environment. We’re looking for developers who are passionate about building scalable applications, solving complex data challenges, and delivering impactful solutions in a mission-focused environment.

This opportunity is ideal for engineers with experience in Palantir Foundry, modern software development practices, and data-driven application development.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design, develop, and maintain mission-critical applications and data solutions
• Build and support data integration and ETL pipelines
• Develop software using Python, Java, JavaScript, and related technologies
• Create and optimize data models, database structures, and application architectures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain application performance
• Support innovative federal initiatives through modern software engineering practices

• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Experience with Palantir Foundry preferred
• Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar programming languages
• Experience with data integration and ETL processes
• Strong understanding of data modeling and database design
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
