IT Technology Manager

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4-6 engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Provide technical leadership for enterprise platforms, including SAP, ECM, or SAS Analytical platforms, ensuring platform stability, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to define technology roadmaps and solution strategies.
• Design and oversee scalable architecture solutions across enterprise applications, integrations, and data platforms.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of software development, integration, platform enhancement, and modernization initiatives.
• Evaluate enterprise technologies and recommend solutions that improve operational efficiency and business value.
• Lead system integration efforts using APIs, middleware, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards, coding best practices, security, and compliance requirements.
• Manage platform upgrades, migrations, and application lifecycle activities across multiple technologies.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide hands-on technical guidance when necessary.
