IT Production Specialist

• Execute the full set of UCCM controls and manage the remediation of exceptions via Service-Now.
• Monitor platform health and verify that all scheduled jobs finish successfully.
• Validate Exchange, O365, and MIP configurations, including labeling and DLP.
• Develop and extend PowerShell and Python scripts to automate new asset types.
• Produce ad-hoc dashboards and reports for IT and Compliance stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Group teams to evolve central reconciliation tools.

• Mandatory: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Mandatory: ITIL v3/4 Foundation and Microsoft Azure Administrator or M365 Fundamentals certifications.
• Mandatory: Proficiency in Teams, Outlook, Jabber, and Unigy, plus knowledge of compliance archiving (Verba, AxsOne).
• Mandatory: Intermediate skills in PowerShell, Python, and a strong understanding of AD/Azure AD.
• Mandatory: Fluent English.
• Preferred: Proficiency in Power BI, experience with Dynatrace, and operational French.
• Preferred: Previous experience as an IT Production or Application Specialist.
