Job description

  • Support senior program management and oversight of security operations.
  • Provide technical guidance and quality review for complex or high-risk security actions.
  • Monitor workload, priorities, deliverables, and emerging requirements to support timely and consistent performance.
  • Coordinate activities across personnel, information, industrial, physical, operations, SCI, and classification-management security functions.
  • Review security documentation, reports, briefings, and correspondence for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Identify security risks, procedural gaps, and performance issues and recommend practical corrective actions.
  • Support the development, implementation, and improvement of security processes, standard operating procedures, and internal controls.
  • Assist with security assessments, inspections, audit preparation, corrective-action tracking, and readiness activities.
  • Coordinate with leadership, supported customers, facility representatives, and external security organizations.
  • Prepare and deliver senior-level briefings, reports, status updates, and decision-support materials.
  • Provide guidance and support to other security analysts, as directed.
  • Protect sensitive and classified information and maintain strict confidentiality.

Requirements

  • At least three years of demonstrated experience supporting senior program management and providing oversight of security operations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of federal and DoW security policies, processes, and documentation requirements.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to review complex security actions and provide clear, actionable guidance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience communicating with senior personnel.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively with limited supervision.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain the security clearance and access required for the position. *

Security Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government Top Secret security clearance.
  • Successful Pass of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening and Credit Check.
