Acquisition Specialist/Technical Writer (5942)

• Develop, review, and refine Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWSs), Statements of Objectives (SOOs), and related acquisition documentation.
• Su p port market research, acquisition planning, and procurement package development.
• As sist with preparation of acquisition strategies, Independent Government Estimates (IGEs), and Justification and Approval (J&A) documents.
• P repare, edit, and maintain technical reports, project documentation, requirements documents, risk assessments, and change management documentation.
• C oordinate with program managers, engineers, contracting officers, and other stakeholders to support acquisition milestones and deliverables.
• Tr ack acquisition activities, contract actions, modifications, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency acquisition policies.
• Maintain document quality, consistency, formatting, and version control.

• Active Top Secret Security Clearance.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in federal acquisition processes and technical writing.
• Demonstrated experience developing acquisition documentation including SOWs, PWSs, SOOs, acquisition plans, market research reports, and solicitation packages.
• Strong technical writing, editing, and document management skills.
