Sr. Cloud Architect

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions, guiding migrations of legacy apps to modern platforms. You’ll collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into architecture patterns and ensure robust, scalable designs. You’ll work hands-on to deliver environments, mentor the team, and establish standards while exploring emerging technologies. This position offers the chance to shape cloud-first strategies and responsibly apply AI to accelerate delivery and quality. Compensation / Benefits * Own and deliver technical solution designs across diverse projects * Interface with business, engineering, and compliance stakeholders to translate requirements into architecture patterns * Document designs with architecture diagrams and design documents * Hands-on delivery of working environments and removing blockers for engineering teams * Research and establish implementation standards and best practices for emerging technologies * Create proofs of concepts to validate design recommendations * Review work products and mentor other team members Tasks * 15+ years of professional experience in network/system administration, software development, information security or related fields * Strong background in architecture design and ability to influence patterns and standards * Proven experience delivering scalable, production-ready cloud-first solutions on Microsoft Azure, Fabric, and M365 * Experience with AI concepts and technologies (e.g., Microsoft Foundry, agentic frameworks, RAG) Key requirements *
