Senior Cloud Solution Architect

Experteer Overview In this role you design secure Azure-based and hybrid cloud architectures that scale, are cost-efficient, and resilient. You’ll embed security by design and align with corporate standards, guiding engineering teams towards well-architected patterns. You will work with cross-functional partners to drive adoption of standards and enable secure, cloud-native solutions at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient Azure and hybrid architectures based on business and technical requirements * Incorporate threat modeling and secure design patterns, IAAS/ID controls, data protection, and validate with Azure-native tooling * Draft and maintain cloud architecture standards, reference architectures, and secure design patterns * Promote standards and guardrails via policy-as-code with Azure Policy across engineering teams * Act as an advisory authority on cloud architecture and security, conducting design reviews and guiding secure patterns * Utilize AI-assisted tooling to accelerate architecture design, threat modeling, and reviews * Lead cross-functional collaboration on reviews, dependencies, and shared initiatives across the company Tasks * Doctorate in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience OR Master’s in related field AND 4+ years OR Bachelor’s in related field AND 5+ years OR equivalent experience * Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check and export control compliance * Exposure to cloud security, threat modeling, and architecture governance practices * Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or others) and secure-by-design principles * Strong communication skills for writing guidance and conducting reviews Key requirements *
