Job description

We’re looking for a LiveOps & Events Game Designer to join our flagship battler, Hero Wars: Alliance. We’re searching for a game designer with LiveOps experience, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for creating events, promotions, tournaments, and in-game activities that keep players engaged in a fast-growing mid-core battler.

In this role, you’ll own events from the initial concept and design through launch, performance analysis, and future improvements. You’ll need to understand why one event drives engagement while another doesn’t, how event economies work, and how rewards, offers, progression, and player motivation differ across audience segments.

What You’ll Do

  • Own features from concept through post-release support.
  • Turn data-driven insights into product improvements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including development, art, narrative, community management, support, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ year of experience in Game Design
  • Strong knowledge of successful mid-core games (Battler), including LiveOps practices.
  • Experience working on LiveOps for existing projects using a data-driven approach.
