Experteer Overview In this Cloud Security Engineer role, you join Roche’s Information Systems Security division to strengthen cloud protections and enable secure adoption across the organization.You will work within a global team of security experts to design and implement security features for the Roche Cloud Platform, focusing on automation, policy-driven controls, and secure deployments.You help persist a high-security posture while enabling agile delivery and self-service capabilities for end customers.This role offers exposure to enterprise-scale security and a path to grow under seasoned mentors.Compensaciones / Beneficios* Collaboratively design and improve security features for the Roche Cloud Platform (deploy pipelines, guardrails, abstraction layers, self-service capabilities)* Contribute to security architecture and decisions within the Cloud SecDevOps team on technical implementations* Drive the full software development lifecycle of security features from requirements to deployment (as code, policies, remediation via CI/CD)* Align with product management on priorities and security requirements to deliver secure capabilities* Collaborate with stakeholders to improve the platform’s security posture and reliability* Monitor service health and maintain live security services to ensure availability and reliabilityResponsabilidades* Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)* 1+ years of IT security, cloud administration, or software development experience* Experience or familiarity with Agile/Scrum* Proven ability to collaborate with engineering or cross-functional teamsRequisitos principales*
