Velenosi & Meredith Consulting is seeking a 100% remote Technical Customer Support professional based in Spain to assist cloud-based platforms and SaaS solutions for B2B and B2C clients.You’ll troubleshoot issues via chat, email or phone, collaborate with engineering for escalations, and contribute to client-facing FAQs.English level C1-C2 is required, with native proficiency in one of Italian, Polish, Czech, Hungarian or Spanish.#J-*****-Ljbffr
