Experteer Overview Descubra exactamente qué habilidades, experiencia y cualificaciones necesitará para tener éxito en este puesto antes de enviar su solicitud a continuación.In this role, you will lead the design, development, and testing of satellite systems for a small-sat product line, with emphasis on industrialisation and design-for-manufacturing.You will work within the EOS Chief Engineering Department to ensure on-time, on-cost delivery for Earth Observation missions and potential constellations.The position combines multi-disciplinary system engineering with the deployment of modern methods such as MBSE and digital design-to-manufacturing processes.You will liaise with strategy roadmaps, manage budgets, and drive verification strategies to deliver high-quality space systems.Compensaciones / Beneficios* Lead design, development and testing of satellite systems with focus on platform and subsystems for a small-sat product line* Derive satellite system specifications from mission requirements and translate to subsystems* Identify market-driven requirements and derive corresponding system and subsystem requirements* Align with MSC roadmaps and company product strategy* Industrialise satellite concepts to enable mid-scale production* Define industrial policy, identify partners, co-engineer with subcontractors, and support procurement* Maintain satellite-level budgets (mass, power, data, pointing)* Define verification and validation logic and close-out processes for the product line* Contribute to program milestones and reviews* Support deployment of new engineering methods (MBSE, concurrent design) and digitalisation across disciplines* Develop new features or upgrade product lines according to business needs* Drive cross-disciplinary collaboration to ensure on-cost, on-time, on-quality deliveryResponsabilidades* Bachelor in Aerospace Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related field* 5+ years of experience in satellite systems engineering* Experience with systems xqbhyrx engineering processes, methods and tools* Mission analysis and constellation deployment strategies (LEO, VLEO)* Knowledge of ECSS standards and space systems verification/validation* Experience in industrialisation of satellite systems* Proven ability to develop and execute functional validation tests at platform/ spacecraft level* Strong leadership and communication skills for coordinating multidisciplinary teams* Knowledge of industry standards for satellite development and testing (ECSS, MIL-STD, CCSDS)* Languages: Spanish and English; French/Italian/German are a plusRequisitos principales*
