| Present in Europe, Asia and North America, Neklar is a world leader in the development and production of customized sustainable metal stamped parts; solutions that reduce heat and eliminate electromagnetic interference for quality car manufacturers and brands around the world.We help our clients achieve their goals with new mobility technologies.With 40 years of experience in the automotive sector, now more than ever, we are committed to sustainable development to generate a beneficial impact on people’s lives.We’re hiring: IT Security EngineerLocation: Terrassa (Barcelona) | Hybrid work model (2 days remote)Reporting to the Global IT Director, and in collaboration with the external Cybersecurity Office, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of the organization’s IT and OT environments.This role combines technical expertise and operational responsibility to protect information assets, detect and respond to security threats, and continuously improve the organization’s security posture in alignment with the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and regulatory frameworks such as ISO **, NIS2, and TISAX.Key ResponsibilitiesManage, maintain, and enforce IT security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with corporate and regulatory requirements (TISAX, ISO **, NIS2).Ensure IT security across the group, including support to international plants through regular travels.Manage third-party risks (suppliers and external service providers).Lead security awareness initiatives and training programs.Design, implement, and maintain security controls across infrastructure, networks, endpoints, and cloud environments.What we’re looking forMandatory:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related field.Knowledge of firewalls, EDR/XDR, SIEM and vulnerability tools.Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO **, NIS2, TISAX or equivalent.Preferred:At least 2 years’ experience in cybersecurity.Experience working in industrial or manufacturing environments (IT/OT).Experience in managing external partners (SOC, MSSP, auditors, vendors) and coordinating security-related activities.Relevant certifications in IT securityWhat we offerA global environment: be part of an internationally recognized companyProfessional growth: collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across countriesFlexibility: flexible working hours and 2 days of remote work per weekCompetitive benefits: including a flexible compensation planAre you passionate about technical challenges in a dynamic and international environment?At Neklar, the future of sustainable mobility is being shaped today.#J-**-Ljbffr |
Requirements
Mandatory: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Knowledge of firewalls, EDR/XDR, SIEM and vulnerability tools. Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO *****, NIS2, TISAX or equivalent. Preferred: At least 2 years’ experience in cybersecurity. Experience working in industrial or manufacturing environments (IT/OT). Experience in managing external partners (SOC, MSSP, auditors, vendors) and coordinating security-related activities.
