Permanent Role OverviewThe roles within this team form part of the Digital Resilience as a Service framework, collaborating closely with Group Information Security and Allianz Technology to ensure consistent execution of security processes, reliable risk insights, and alignment with Group-wide security policies and standards.What You DoEngage with senior executive stakeholders, including CISO, SecOps, GRC, and IT, to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals.Present complex findings and actionable recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and impact.Integrate data from SIEM, EDR, IAM, DLP, vulnerability management, ITSM, cloud, and HR systems.Use Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot) and Power BI (Power Query, DAX) for data cleaning, transformation, modelling, and visualization.Implement scheduled refreshes, Row?Level Security (RLS), dataset governance, and performance optimization.Lead data analysis to extract actionable insights supporting strategic decisions.Collaborate with cross?functional teams to interpret results and drive data?driven strategies.Define, architect, and maintain KPIs/KRIs, including vulnerability remediation SLAs, patch cadence, phishing training outcomes, MTTR, control health, audit readiness, risk heatmaps, vendor risk, policy compliance).Develop executive and operational dashboards with clear metric definitions and documentation.Conduct ad hoc analysis, root?cause investigations, and trend reporting.Establish data dictionaries, lineage, validation checks, and SOPs for data ingestion, transformation, and reporting.Maintain controls for data minimization, secure handling, encryption, and least privilege access.What You BringBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience in leading data analytics teams and projects, with a focus on security analytics.Strong expertise in data integration, transformation, and visualization using Excel and Power BI.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executive stakeholders.In?depth knowledge of data governance, security metrics, and operational excellence practices.Good English skills (written and spoken); additional languages welcome.We highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team.What We OfferWe offer a hybrid work model which recognizes the value of striking a balance between in?person collaboration and remote working incl.up to 25 days per year working from abroad.We believe in rewarding performance and our compensation and benefits package includes a company bonus scheme, pension, employee shares program and multiple employee discounts (details vary by location).From career development and digital learning programs to international career mobility, we offer lifelong learning for our employees worldwide and an environment where innovation, delivery and empowerment are fostered.Flexible working, health and wellbeing offers (including healthcare and parental leave benefits) support to balance family and career and help our people return from career breaks with experience that nothing else can teach.We therefore welcome applications regardless of ethnicity or cultural Internal background, age, gender, nationality, religion, social class, disability or sexual orientation, or any other characteristics protected under applicable local laws and regulations.#J-*****-Ljbffr

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in leading data analytics teams and projects, with a focus on security analytics. Strong expertise in data integration, transformation, and visualization using Excel and Power BI.
