Technical Architect

ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a Technical Consultant to join our Customer Operations team, based in Barcelona, SpainThis role combines architecture thinking with hands?on delivery, someone who can design solid integration and data solutions, build with AI tools, and stay accountable to the customer outcome through implementationYou will work across technical architecture, solution engineering, and consulting delivery.You will grow into the full scope of the role with support from experienced colleagues, working primarily in Spain with involvement across Italy, France, and the Middle EastDesign and contribute to the technical approach for customer initiatives: data integration, AI pipelines, platform extensions, and end?to?end data flowsBuild AI agents and plugins as first?line tools - to automate data handling, accelerate configuration, and solve problems before reaching for manual effort or R&D requestsEngage directly with customer IT teams and stakeholders in technical workshops and integration sessions, growing into a lead role over timeManage your own technical workstreams across implementation projects and continuous service, delivering quality work within agreed timelinesContribute to improving integration patterns and processes, with a mindset of simplifying and automating wherever possibleBenefitsHealth Insurance, Occupational Health Services and Employee Assistance ProgrammeModern offices with free snacks, drinks and a warm welcome for dogsTwo paid charity days every year for volunteeringAn annual bonusTwo paid team days every yearHybrid, office and fully remote options (hybrid and office as standard)QualificationsGenuine interest in AI tools and agents - with practical exposure, even through personal projects or experimentation, and eagerness to develop this further professionallyMinimum 3 years of experience in a technical role, with some exposure to customer?facing workHands?on coding skills: Python, SQL, REST APIs, and comfort with at least one additional language (Shell, Java, Ruby, or similar)Good communication skills for both technical and non?technical audiences, with fluency in Spanish and EnglishUnderstanding of data integration concepts: how data moves between systems, what can go wrong, and how to validate and monitor itBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experienceStrong analytical and problem?solving skills with a proactive, ownership?oriented approachExperience with enterprise planning, supply chain, or retail softwarePractical experience building or deploying AI agents, LLM?based tools, or data automation pipelinesAdditional language skills: French, Italian, or ArabicKnowledge of Microsoft Azure, Apache Kafka, or cloud data toolingExperience in a technical architect, pre?sales engineering, or hybrid technical delivery role where both design and hands?on implementation were expected#J-*****-Ljbffr
