About Welocalize As a trusted global transformation partner, Welocalize accelerates the global business journey by enabling brands and companies to reach, engage, and grow international audiences.Welocalize delivers multilingual content transformation services in translation, localization, and adaptation for over 250 languages with a growing network of more than 400,000 in?country linguistic resources.Driving innovation in language services, Welocalize delivers high?quality training data transformation solutions for NLP?enabled machine learning by blending technology and human intelligence to collect, annotate, and evaluate all content types.Our team works across locations in North America, Europe, and Asia serving global clients in the markets that matter most.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent and champion the needs of life sciences clients and internal stakeholders across all technology initiatives.Conduct market intelligence to understand customer challenges, regulatory trends, and competitor strategies, and translate these into actionable product and service opportunities.Develop and own a 1-2 year technology strategy roadmap aligned with Life Sciences business goals, ensuring we remain ahead of market needs and competitors.Work closely with technical product managers to define and refine product roadmaps, shaping high?level strategies into board? and leadership?ready narratives and breaking them down into tactical delivery plans.Engage directly with top clients and prospects to understand evolving needs, identify whitespace, and support strategic account development and pre?sales efforts.Identify and validate how Welocalize’s platform, data, and services differentiate us, defining positioning and packaging strategies that align with our life sciences value proposition.Collaborate with operations, engineering, sales, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure successful product implementation, adoption, and impact.Define KPIs for success and adoption, and monitor usage, performance, and business impact of tech?enabled services.Job Requirements5-10 + years of experience in product management, solution ownership, or strategic consulting roles within Life Sciences: Pharma, Biotech, or CRO.Demonstrated experience in developing strategic product roadmaps and bridging business vision with technical execution.Deep understanding of the life sciences technology ecosystem of drug development, including knowledge of CTMS, EDC, eTMF, and/or eCOA systems.Strong knowledge of the competitive landscape and market trends in life sciences content services and localization technology.Experience working in cross?functional, matrixed teams, and presenting to executive and customer stakeholders.Familiarity with localization technologies (e.g., TMS, CAT, LQA, MT, integrations) is a plus.A structured thinker and storyteller who can translate complex problems into clear, compelling solutions.Main Skills & CompetencesExperience collaborating with engineering, UX, and technical product managers.Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to influence at all levels.Strategic mindset with a strong execution orientation.We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment.Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.#J-*****-Ljbffr
