Web Frontend Software Principal

We are an innovative startup in the casino gaming industry, offering cutting-edge technology.Our team is driven by passion, creativity, and a shared vision to shape the future of online gambling technology.If you are an enthusiastic and talented person wanting to join a dynamic team, we’d love to get to know you!Responsibilities- Design & Implement: Create user-friendly Back Office interfaces using Svelte (if you have a different preference, you are free to try and convince us).- Develop & Maintain: Build high-quality, scalable web applications for a seamless, engaging user experience.- Dependency Management: Utilize NPM/Yarn to efficiently manage project workflows.- Style Adaptation: Customize open-source tools (e.g., WordPress, Keycloak) to maintain a consistent, branded platform look.- TypeScript Focus: Utilize TypeScript to improve code quality and type safety (“any” is your main enemy here).Requirements- Frontend Proficiency: Strong skills in at least one framework (Svelte, Vue.js, Angular, or React).Prior experience with Svelte is a plus, as it is heavily utilized.- Tooling Experience: Proven experience with NPM/Yarn and build tools within the gaming industry.- TypeScript Mastery: Deep understanding and application of TypeScript for maintainable code.- Tech Passion: Keen interest in current frontend trends and best practices for online gaming.Who you areApart from being awesome at what you do, you comply with the following points:- Web frontend development unicorn, you are amazing at coding, but you also have a keen eye and can create your own, quite acceptable, UI designs.- Enthusiastic about technology (you’ll likely choose Linux if given the choice).- Dynamic, flexible worker with a dislike for bureaucracy (heck, even the word is complicated).- Proud of what you create but accept critics and take ownership of your mistakes.- You don’t create problems, you solve them.- You are OK using AI but you don’t need it.What we offerAs a small, bootstrapped startup we won’t be providing all those “quality of life” add-ons that big corporations do, what we can do is:- Cutting-Edge Tech Stack: we use up-to-date state-of-the-art tooling (dynamic versioning and locks are there for a reason).- True Ownership: you will have full autonomy over your creations (within reasonable boundaries).- Standard Salary: with the potential of a great one if you are really worth it and the company can afford so (which would be the whole point of you being with us).- Founding Team Influence: be part of our privileged “core company team”, which only a few of lucky ones can.As a bootstrapped startup, we are free of all those “stake-holder” -often misaligned- decisions, which provides you with real influence on the company’s direction.- Flexible Office Model: every person is different, and so is their ideal setup.We trust that you’ll choose the approach that fits you best and optimizes your performance and feeling of belonging (office location: Malaga city).- Equity compensation package: we provide meaningful stock options so you literally own a piece of what you build.If you think this job is for you, please contact directly on LinkedIn#J-*****-Ljbffr
