Requirements

5+ years of experience in dentistry and/or orthodontics or an equivalent degree Excellent understanding of a consultative / solution?based sales approach Consultative, training, and implementation experience Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders High level of IT and computer science knowledge, with a strong interest in new technologies Ability to act diplomatically while demonstrating strong listening skills and empathy Ability to influence clients and challenge existing ways of thinking Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple priorities effectively Proactive and results?driven Independent, enthusiastic, and curious Self?starter with a strong can?do mindset Strong team spirit and collaborative approach Strong critical thinking skills with a focus on innovation Excellent written communication and analytical skills Excellent interpersonal and relationship?building skills Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently Native Mandarin speaker with advanced verbal and written English proficiency It would be fantastic if Experience in a startup or scale?up environment Some clinical experience is preferred
