Sr. Business Analyst/Product Owner - Insurance Technology

Qbind is an international insurtech company providing a modern, flexible platform for insurance brokers, MGAs and carriers.Our software helps insurance businesses manage the complete policy lifecycle while integrating seamlessly with third?party services and distribution channels.We work with insurance companies across Europe, delivering technology that simplifies complex insurance operations while maintaining the flexibility required by modern insurance businesses.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Business Analyst / Product Owner to join our team and support the implementation and continuous evolution of our platform for one of our largest clients, a leading UK insurance group.You will work closely with an experienced Project Manager and a senior functional expert with deep knowledge of the Qbind platform.During your onboarding, you will progressively learn both the product and the client’s business processes, with the objective of eventually becoming the main functional point of contact for the customer.This role is ideal for someone with strong insurance knowledge who enjoys working directly with clients, gathering requirements, coordinating development teams and driving successful software delivery.Occasional travel to customer offices may be required.ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of software implementation projects.Gather, analyse and document business requirements.Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.Work together with senior project members to define priorities.Coordinate developers, QA and business stakeholders.Track project progress and communicate updates internally and to the client.Support functional testing and user acceptance testing.Progressively take ownership of customer?facing activities and project coordination.Qualifications - MandatoryMinimum 5 years of experience in the insurance industry.Previous experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst or Project Manager.Experience using Policy Administration Systems (PAS).Excellent written and spoken English.Strong analytical and communication skills.Ability to understand insurance processes and translate them into software requirements.Nice to HaveItalian.Spanish.Understanding of APIs and system integrations.Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL.Experience with Agile methodologies.Experience working with SaaS products.ToolsMicrosoft ExcelMicrosoft WordGoogle WorkspaceJira, Azure DevOps or similar project management toolsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary (€35,000 - €50,000, depending on experience).Performance?based bonuses linked to projects and objectives.Hybrid working model with flexible remote work.Opportunity to work with one of the leading insurance groups in the UK.Direct interaction with company founders and C?level management.A collaborative, international and fast?growing insurtech environment.Recruitment ProcessInitial online interview.Functional interview.Final interview with the founders and C?level management.#J-*****-Ljbffr

Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance industry. Previous experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst or Project Manager. Experience using Policy Administration Systems (PAS).
