IT manager

• Engage with the business and proactively seek opportunities for IT to deliver business value.
• Provide professional insight and IT solutions to drive business growth and process efficiency.
• Work with different sales systems and in the project management area.
• Ensure the secure and effective operation of all computer systems and related business applications.
• Participate and support the Global IT Target Operating Model (TOM) and enable business digital transformation.

Key accountabilities:

• Responsible for IT value creation through enabling the local business strategy by business partnering, local business support, and end-to-end accountability for the delivery of local solutions that deliver value.
• Plan, prioritize, and execute IT projects, and IT support to ensure that the organization’s information systems function reliably and that IT resources are used effectively.
• Manage the operation and maintenance of the organization’s information (electronic data) systems so that they function reliably, meet the organization’s business needs, and use the organization’s IT resources effectively while following central guidelines and standards.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend software products that will enhance the capabilities of the organization’s information systems.
• Liaise with functional or operational area managers to understand their current and future information needs and determine how information systems should be installed, configured, and maintained to best meet these needs.
• Manage, optimize, and control the IT OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
• Business partnering and project management.
• Implementation and monitoring of Group and local IT policies.
• Work in a Global IT organization.

• At least 5-8 experience leading and managing large IT projects, preferably in the FMCG industry with a deep understanding of SAP ERP and commerce system implementation & supporting experience, such as DMS, SFA, TPM systems, etc.
• Strong project management, problem-solving skills, and experience.
• Focus on IT solutions in the sales/commerce area, including requirements acquisition, solution sourcing, implementation, and ongoing support.
• Good team player; excellent communication (both verbal and writing) skills in English; willing to travel within Asia Pacific; willing to study and work in the Global organization.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field.
