Job description

  • Build, automate and maintain secure Linux-based environments.
  • Develop and support CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Linux Servers and associated services.
  • Deploy and manage containerised applications.
  • Work closely with infrastructure, software and security teams to deliver resilient platforms.
  • Monitor, maintain and optimise system performance and availability.

Essential Skills

  • Active DV Clearance.
  • Strong Linux administration experience (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu).
  • DevOps tooling including Jenkins, Git, GitLab or Azure DevOps.
  • Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or Ansible.
  • Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
  • Bash and/or Python Scripting.
  • Experience with version control (Git).
  • Knowledge of networking, system hardening and security best practices.

Requirements

This is a hands-on role for an engineer with strong Linux administration skills and a solid DevOps background, working within highly secure environments.
