Job description

Your new company

An organisation investing heavily in cloud, SaaS and emerging technologies is looking to strengthen its FinOps capability. An experienced Cloud FinOps Architect is required to support key stakeholder workshops and help shape the organisation’s future cloud financial management strategy.

Your new role

You’ll initially focus on preparing for, facilitating and following up on FinOps workshops, with the opportunity to move into a longer-term architecture role. Working across technology, finance and procurement teams, you’ll help define FinOps frameworks, improve cost transparency, drive optimisation initiatives and establish governance across Azure, AWS and SaaS platforms.

What you’ll need to succeed

Proven experience delivering enterprise FinOps or cloud cost management programmes
Strong knowledge of Azure, AWS and hybrid cloud environments
Experience with cloud cost optimisation, forecasting and financial governance
Expertise in chargeback/showback and cost allocation models
Experience with tools such as Cloudability, CloudHealth or Azure Cost Management
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Ability to bridge technical, financial and business functions

Requirements
