Job description

The Clinical Systems Analyst provides day-to-day support for clinical information systems and technologies across Florida Urology Partners, working under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Systems supporting EMR functionality, reporting, workflow optimization, staff training, and key operational initiatives. This role is responsible for troubleshooting identified issues, maintaining reports and tracking logs, supporting onboarding and training materials, and assisting in the improvement of workflows and overall operational efficiency. The position also contributes to quality initiatives, system audits, optimization projects, and interdepartmental communication to ensure accurate and efficient process execution., * Provide front-line support for EMR and other clinical systems (e.g., Epic, eClinicalWorks)

  • Assist with troubleshooting basic system issues and escalate, as needed
  • Support system updates, testing, and minor configuration changes
  • Develop and Run reports (Epic, BI, Qlik, Slicer Dicer, etc.)
  • Maintain and update tracking logs for key metrics (no-shows, cancellations, call volume, etc.)
  • Assist in preparing dashboards and leadership reports
  • Maintain training materials (tip sheets, quick guides, workflows)
  • Support onboarding of new staff with system basics
  • Assist with organizing educational content (Teams folders, shared drives)
  • Assist with data collection for quality initiatives and chart audits (KPIs)
  • Observe workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support standardization efforts (e.g., documentation practices, scheduling workflows)
  • Provide support for ongoing projects (implementations, optimizations)
  • Track tasks, timelines, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate communication between departments when needed

Requirements

Do you have a valid Lean Six Sigma Certification certification?, Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * At least 2 years of prior healthcare experience required in a similar or closely related role.

  • At least 2 years of prior analytical experience, required.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, required
  • Lean Six Sigma or PMP Certification, preferred

Software:

  • Proficiency with Epic EMR system (required)
  • Proficiency with eClinicalWorks (preferred)
  • Adeptness at Business Intelligence (BI) tools (i.e. Qlik, Tableau, etc.), required

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to sit for 8 hours per day.
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
