Job description

  • Unterstützung bei der Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Systemen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Identifizierung und Analyse von einfachen Störungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Support-Tickets im Rahmen des 1st- und 2nd-Level-Supports
  • Mitarbeit bei der Ãœberwachung der Netzwerksicherheit und Durchführung grundlegender Sicherheitsprüfungen
  • Verantwortung für die Konfiguration und Pflege von Betriebssystemen (Windows)

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Systemadministration von Vorteil
  • Idealerweise erste Kenntnisse in Programmiersprachen
  • Eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
