Senior Siebel Developer

Your future duties and responsibilitiesWe are looking for an experienced Siebel Developer to join a growing team supporting a highly customised, business-critical solution for a major Defence client. This is a hands-on technical role where you will contribute to the ongoing development, enhancement and support of a complex Siebel environment while helping to shape future improvements and technical direction. As a senior member of the team, you will work closely with developers, architects, analysts and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions and resolve complex technical challenges. You will also play an important role in supporting and mentoring less experienced developers, helping to build capability across the team and promote development best practices. Key responsibilities include: *Designing, developing and enhancing Siebel CRM solutions *Configuring and customising Siebel applications to meet business requirements *Developing workflows, integrations and automation solutions *Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within a complex environment *Collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to identify effective solutions *Supporting integration with Oracle and cloud-based technologies *Contributing to technical design discussions and continuous improvement initiatives
