Job description

We are seeking a Senior Siebel Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Siebel CRM solutions across our enterprise. This role owns technical architecture decisions, mentors development teams, and partners with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, high-performing Siebel solutions., Design end-to-end Siebel architecture with a strong focus on integration strategy across EAI, Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware (MuleSoft, TIBCO, webMethods).

Lead Siebel implementations, upgrades, and integration migrations across on-premise and cloud environments.

Define integration patterns, data mapping, and error-handling standards between Siebel and external systems (ERP, billing, data warehouses, third-party APIs).

Oversee configuration of Business Services, Workflows, and EAI components supporting real-time and batch integrations.

Conduct architecture and code reviews focused on integration performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.

Troubleshoot complex integration issues in production, driving root cause analysis and permanent fixes.

Mentor developers on integration best practices and Siebel scripting (eScript/VB).

Requirements

· 11+ years in IT, with at least 6-8+ years focused on Siebel architecture and integration.
· Deep expertise in Siebel EAI, Business Services, Workflows, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
· Hands-on experience with middleware/ESB platforms and message queuing (MQ, Kafka).
· Strong SQL/PL-SQL skills for integration-related performance tuning.
· Experience with Siebel security models and SSO/LDAP integration for connected systems.
· Strong communication skills to align integration design with business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Experience integrating Siebel with cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure).
