Job description

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, low-latency REST/gRPC APIs and microservices using Go, Java, Python, or Node.js.
  • Own the full software lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
  • Build, deploy, and manage cloud-native, containerized applications on Kubernetes.
  • Implement CI/CD, GitOps, observability, and leverage Helm, Kustomize, Service Mesh, Ingress, Operators, and Autoscaling.
  • Design and operate distributed systems with technologies such as Kafka, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Spark, etcd, or distributed caching, ensuring scalability, fault tolerance, and high availability.
  • Troubleshoot complex distributed system issues involving networking, partitioning, consensus, and retries.
  • Develop and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure, utilizing services such as S3, GCS, Pub/Sub, IAM, VPC, and Load Balancers.
  • Automate infrastructure using Terraform while implementing security and cost optimization best practices.
  • Build and integrate Agentic AI solutions using LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom LLM agents for automation, developer productivity, and operational workflows.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of backend software development experience building and deploying production-grade web services.
  • Strong expertise in Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD preferred) with experience running both stateful and stateless workloads.
  • Hands-on experience with distributed systems in large-scale production environments.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure and core cloud services.
  • Proficiency in Go, Java, or Python (Node.js is a plus).
  • Practical experience building or integrating AI agents into DevOps, engineering, or product workflows.
