IT Helpdesk/Desktop Analyst (on-site)

• Provide Tier I/II help desk and desktop support for end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 and Active Directory user administration.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning and equipment setup.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop hardware.
• Document support requests and resolutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting a busy user community.
• Assist with additional IT projects as needed.
• Occasional local travel may be required.
• Participate in an on-call rotation in the future as the team grows.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This role offers exposure to a variety of IT responsibilities and the opportunity to develop alongside an expanding organization., * Previous help desk or desktop support experience, or a recent IT graduate with relevant internship experience.

• Experience supporting a small to mid-sized organization is preferred.
• Spanish language skills are a strong plus.
