Job Title: Salesforce Architect

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, integration, security, and platform capabilities, with a proven track record of delivering scalable CRM solutions. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to define solution architecture and ensure successful project delivery., * Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, including solution design, development, deployment, and support.
• Define technical architecture, integration strategies, and data migration approaches.
• Provide architectural leadership across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom platform solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, administrators, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and design documentation.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions follow platform best practices, governance, and security standards.
• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, middleware, and third-party applications.
• Guide development teams on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and platform customization.
• Perform code reviews, solution reviews, and architecture governance.
• Optimize Salesforce performance, scalability, and data quality.
• Mentor developers and administrators while promoting Salesforce best practices.

• 12+ years of IT experience with 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and enterprise CRM implementations.

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, or Public Sector Solutions.
• Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps practices.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, SAP, Oracle, or legacy systems.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience leading distributed development teams.
