Job description

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded DBA team supporting a large, business-critical Microsoft SQL Server estate during an exciting period of growth and transformation.

Requirements

This isn’t a management role. My client is looking for an experienced DBA who enjoys solving complex production issues and keeping critical SQL Server environments performing at their best.

What they’re looking for:

  • Strong Production SQL Server Administration experience
  • Performance tuning and troubleshooting expertise
  • High Availability & Disaster Recovery experience
  • Always On Availability Groups (a real priority for the hiring manager)
  • Experience supporting large, business-critical SQL Server estates
  • Azure SQL exposure would be beneficial, but it’s not essential
