We will rely on you to maintain all IT hardware and services across the school sites.
We need you to help improve the standard of ICT provision and support effective teaching and learning through ICT solutions.
You will facilitate communication between the school and our IT team, keeping them updated on the services we can offer and managing customer accounts.
You will maintain school computer equipment, install new and existing software across the network, provide technical support, and resolve technical problems.
We expect you to resolve and manage technical issues that affect the running of the school by providing robust technical solutions.
You will install or repair computers with standardised applications and networking software, diagnose issues, and solve operational problems.
You will respond to a wide range of technical duties across computer network and desktop services, including desktop computers, iPads, printers, telephones, scanners, projectors, PA equipment, AV lecterns, and other hardware.

We are looking for an ICT Consultant with a real flair for technology and a passion for providing exemplary customer service.
We ideally want at least 2 years of experience in an ICT Technician or 2nd line support role, preferably in the education sector, although this is not essential.
We need someone with a strong technical background who is passionate about IT and self-motivated.
We are looking for a team player with strong communication and organisation skills and a courteous manner.
We need someone who can explain technical issues in laymans terms to our customers.
We are looking for someone who can work independently, has strong problem-solving skills, and takes a proactive approach to improving services.
Good knowledge of common user applications and experience using Microsoft Office 365 is required.
The successful candidate must be subject to an enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks.
