Job description

  • Lead end-to-end product design: research, flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI
  • Translate complex workflows (search, filters, dashboards, submissions) into simple, elegant user experiences
  • Develop and maintain a scalable design system for multiple platforms
  • Collaborate closely with CTO and Engineers from concept to deployment
  • Conduct usability testing, analyse feedback and iterate based on real user behaviour
  • Create user journeys and interaction patterns that improve clarity and efficiency
  • Ensure consistency, accessibility and responsiveness across all products
  • Produce polished UI designs with a strong eye for detail, spacing and hierarchy
  • Contribute to long-term product vision and strategic decision-making
  • Advocate for user-centred design while balancing business goals and technical constraints

Requirements

  • A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design (UX + UI)
  • 5+ years of experience designing SaaS platforms, dashboards or complex web apps
  • Expertise in Twig, JavaScript & CSS (components, auto-layout, design systems, prototyping)
  • Strong UX fundamentals: user flows, ideation, structure, interaction design
  • Ability to simplify large datasets, technical tools or multi-step workflows
  • Confident communicator who can articulate design decisions clearly
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in Agile environments
  • Understanding of accessibility and responsive design best practices
  • Bonus: experience with marketplace design, data visualisation or search interfaces
