Job description

We are recruiting for a Configuration & Baseline Engineer to support the F-35 Training Support Centre at RAF Marham. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile defence programme, supporting the management of the F-35 training database, configuration control and curriculum development.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the F-35 training database, including configuration control and backups Apply Systems Approach to Training (SAT) and Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodologies Support curriculum development and training assurance activities Analyse training data to identify improvements and support reporting Manage configuration using PerForce Helix Core Work closely with BAE Systems, the MoD and Lockheed Martin to support training delivery Resolve stakeholder queries and support governance processes About You You’ll have:Experience within an aviation or defence training environment Knowledge of Systems Approach to Training (SAT) Experience using Microsoft Access and the MS Office suite Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with configuration management tools (PerForce desirable) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of DSAT (JSP822) would be advantageous This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to one of the UK’s most advanced defence programmes within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.JBRP1_UKTJ
