Several years of experience in HR Systems, HR Technology, HR Operations, or Process Excellence Experience with HR systems such as rexx or similar platformso Experience with reporting and analytics tools, ideally Power BI Strong affinity for digitalization, automation, and AI Fluent in English and German would be a plus Analytical, structured, and self-driven working style BUNDLING FORCES.
