System & Software Quality Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role you ensure system and software quality across projects, shaping quality targets, plans and governance.You will lead audits, risk management and KPI reporting to meet customer and Valeo expectations.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you drive compliance with GSMART, CPM and ASPICE frameworks and coach project members on quality practices.This position supports delivery readiness and continuous improvement in a large automotive environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios* Define System u** Software Quality Targets and the Project Quality Assurance plan* Conduct Product u** Process audits and milestone preparation audits* Manage risk assessment, issue tracking, escalation and lessons learned* Report Quality indicators and project dashboards; own System and Software Quality sections* Ensure GSMART and CPM compliance; approve process tailoring* Support external assessments (ASPICE, GAMA, ASPICE); provide coaching on SUP.1* Contribute to design review strategy and change control* Support supplier management and external software supplier audits and deliveries approval* Coordinate customer communication on System u** Software Quality status* Perform Software Release Readiness Audits and System Delivery Reviews; manage deviation rules* Ensure QRQC adherence and issue resolution within project QRQC* Identify and share best practices with Process Improvement org* Prepare CLPP for System u** Software questions before CLEAN milestones* Focus on Product novelty in Design Review and related Quality Assurance plans* Participate in project risk reviews and change control boards* Support problem solving per QRQC (PDCA-FTA, LLC)* Approve software deliveries to customer* Assess maturity consistency of deliveries with project milestonesResponsabilidades* Engineering Degree/Master* u**gt; 3 years experience in engineering, automotive knowledge desirable* Proven track record in a similar position* Knowledge and passion for the automotive industry* Negotiation English level is mandatory* On-site positionRequisitos principales*
