Senior Software Engineering Manager, Simulation Platforms

Experteer Overview As part of the Air Dominance & Strike team, you will shape and scale the software engineering function to modernize simulation architectures and drive mission autonomy platforms. You’ll work with cross-functional engineers and government partners to deliver modular, testable simulation systems that accelerate evaluation of aerospace platforms. You’ll influence technical direction, build high-performance teams, and contribute to defense modernization at pace. This role offers hands-on impact in a security-focused, cutting-edge environment.
