Sr Director, Finance Systems

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the core finance technology ecosystem, with a focus on NetSuite ERP and NSPB, ensuring reliability, scalability and control while driving modernization. You will manage a small team, align systems with finance priorities, and partner with Finance and cross-functional peers to deliver value. You’ll drive SDLC discipline, roadmap execution, and high-quality delivery, shaping how finance operates as the business scales. Compensation / Benefits * Lead a small team of 2-3 members (FTEs and contractors) to execute the finance systems roadmap * Define and advance a multi-year vision for Finance Systems aligned with corporate strategy * Partner with Finance leadership to translate process needs into scalable technology solutions * Drive continuous improvement and modernization across the finance application portfolio (NetSuite and NSPB) * Oversee design, development, and deployment of enhancements for NetSuite ERP, NSPB, and related integrations * Ensure SDLC practices enable predictable, high-quality delivery and on-time roadmap commitments * Optimize data flows and automations between NetSuite, Salesforce, Snowflake and other systems * Lead cross-functional collaboration with Accounting, FP&A, Finance Operations, Business Applications, Data & Analytics, Technology, Sales, Operations, and Product * Establish governance, security, and controls across finance platforms and manage vendor/partner relationships * Hire, upskill, and develop a high-performing finance systems team and foster a culture of accountability and learning Tasks * 10+ years of experience with enterprise finance systems * 5+ years of people management, including leading technical or engineering teams * Expert-level experience with NetSuite ERP and NSPB * Working knowledge of Salesforce (CRM and Billing) and its integration with finance systems * Strong SDLC and agile delivery experience * Experience integrating NetSuite with Salesforce, Snowflake or other cloud data warehouses, and iPaaS/Middleware tools (e.g., Workato, Mulesoft, Boomi) * Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives or major programs * Experience supporting audit, SOX controls, or financial compliance * Experience in SaaS/technology/digitally driven businesses Key requirements * remote work * development programs with mentoring * health & life insurance * referral rewards * generous leave policies * diversity and inclusion
