Oracle EPM IT Solution Architect

Experteer Overview In this role you will own the Oracle EPM architecture and landscape to support the 1LMX program and related business needs. You collaborate with Oracle on patches and upgrades, guide design decisions, and ensure robust configuration and documentation. You’ll drive data integrity, system performance, and end-to-end deployment readiness, including cutover and testing activities. This position blends technical leadership with cross-functional collaboration to modernize ERP systems and enable faster, more informed decision-making. You will work in a mission-focused, transformation-driven environment with remote flexibility and travel during key design and testing phases. Compensation / Benefits * Own Oracle EPM architecture/landscape setup to support 1LMX and related business area needs, including environment cloning for Cutover & Testing * Manage Oracle EPM configuration across in-scope modules and maintain accurate configuration documentation * Collaborate with Oracle on patches/upgrades and prioritize lower environment testing to prevent Production issues * Support Functional & Technical Specification development and provide SME reviews/approvals for customizations * Contribute to Oracle EPM deployment/cutover planning to ensure holistic IT-driven activities before Production Cutover Tasks * Experience with software development methodologies (agile or waterfall) * Significant Oracle EPM module configurations experience (Long Range Planning, Contract Status Reporting, Short Term Cash Forecast, Forward Pricing, Indirect Budget, Financial Close & Consolidations, Tax Reporting) * Experience leading IT resource/developer teams * Familiarity with functional & process requirements translated to technical solutions * Significant experience managing Oracle EPM architecture/landscape (pods, environment strategy, cloning) * Experience in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, MIS, or related fields * Strong communication and facilitation skills * Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities * US Citizenship is required Key requirements * Medical * Dental * Vision * Life Insurance * 401(k) match * Paid time off
