Network Engineer

Network engineering, Cisco routers, Wan, Cisco switches, Switches, SD WAN, Ccna, CCNP, DNS, DHCP, Wireless, FIRST-YEAR OUTCOMES 90 days - controller/AP health baseline; all open wireless TAC cases driven to root cause. 6 months - Tangible WiFi stability improvements, consolidations done; telemetry verified; Wi-Fi scorecard published. 9 months - Dallas and Ashburn hub wireless delivered on the RNB schedule; runbooks complete. 12 months - incident volume down vs. baseline; Chicago and Seattle done; SD-WAN backup coverage in place.
