Job description
The IT Quality Technician assists in maintaining the quality system alignment with business objectives, standards and regulations applicable to computerized systems and software products through the use of quality control and assurance.
What your responsibilities will be
- From the operational perspective, supports the development, documentation, and evolution of IT policies, procedures, and tools to align with business and IT strategies and ensure sustainability of services.
- Develops an increasing level of experience in technical and professional skills required to perform assigned job duties.
- Regularly communicates individual task status, open issues, and challenges to impacted stakeholders and/or direct manager.
- Supports the development of quality plans which are aligned with business objectives, standards and applicable regulations with IT systems and software products that fulfill requirements.
- Helps to ensure systems and functionality quality, legal, and regulatory compliance throughout lifecycle; monitors adherence to quality control standards in all lifecycle phases.
- May assist the Quality Manager to coordinate all elements required to be able to achieve established quality team objectives.
- Supports the identification and definition of tools required by the IT QA group.
- Assists in documentation of industry and IT best practices in areas of responsibility and expertise.
- Assists peers in completion of routine assignments by sharing knowledge and experience.
- Prepares support documentation for the audits and verifies the traceability between deviations, non-conformities and CAPAs.

- Bachelor’s degree with major focus on IT, engineering, life-sciences, pharmaceuticals or equivalent.
- You have knowledge of Software Development life-cycle
- You have knowledge of IT services, processes, and operating models
- Regulatory and GXP requirements for Computerized Systems.
- Regulatory audit response knowledge.
- You have high level of English.
- You are proactive and willing to contribute to a dynamic team
