Agile Coach

As an Agile Coach, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our delivery teams through the transition to Agile ways of working. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, coaching, mentoring, and guiding them to adopt Agile best practices tailored to their specific challenges. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving long-term strategy across different teams, enabling them to deliver better products in a faster, more efficient manner., Lead Agile Transformation by providing guidance, training, and support to teams in transitioning to Agile methodologies.

• Coach agile teams and program level roles at varying levels of maturity to ensure they are using Agile best practices and continually improving.
• Educate and promote an Agile Mindset, fostering a culture of continuous collaboration and value realization.
• Work hands-on with cross-functional Agile teams to apply Agile principles and practices, resulting in improved outcomes such as shorter development cycles and fast feedback.
• Foster collaboration between business, product, engineering, and shared services to establish vision, direction, and alignment for relevant solutions.
• Enhance Agile Maturity of teams through assessments and create improvement plans to uplift delivery capabilities.
• Create content for Agile-related training and workshops, and deliver training sessions as needed.
• Teach teams to maintain relevant metrics for continuous improvement and provide management visibility on delivery successes.
• Support the development of Agile Communities of Practice to foster internal change agents, innovation, and continuous improvement.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual who is dedicated to enabling agility and achieving outcomes in cross-functional teams. You should possess excellent interpersonal skills, teaching abilities, and the capacity to inspire and motivate others. As a professional coach, you will drive an Agile culture of continuous improvement and serve as a role model for Agile principles and values., Professional Scrum Master Qualification (Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Scaled Scrum Master (SSM)) or Kanban Management Professional (KMP) certification.

• Advanced qualification or willingness to work towards it is desirable.
• Certification in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Professional coaching experience is essential, certification is desirable.
• Broad knowledge and experience of Agile methodologies, tools, and techniques (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, SAFe)., Experience working and leading across multiple Agile teams, with knowledge of working at scale in technology organizations.
• Excellent facilitation, mentoring, and presentation skills.
• Outstanding communication skills at all levels.
• Strong knowledge of Agile tools and software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS tools).
• Good understanding of Agile practices (e.g., CI, TDD, Pairing) and ability to facilitate technical discussions.
