Experteer Overview In this role you will guide Salesforce-based solutions that align with business goals and CSuite expectations. You will collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to design and present scalable Sales/Service Cloud architectures. You will demonstrate offerings to drive awareness and enable the sales process, and contribute to thought leadership and reusable content. This position focuses on shaping enterprise-level Salesforce implementations and ensuring business impact through a consultative approach. Compensation / Benefits * Design and present Salesforce-based solutions with Lightning, Visualforce, Apex, and UI techniques * Model data and implement declarative and programmatic Salesforce development including Triggers, LWC, Workflows, Validations * Integrate third-party components via REST/SOAP APIs or Data Loader and leverage AppExchange where relevant * Lead end-to-end Sales/Service Cloud initiatives, collaborating with sales and delivery teams to provide technical and industry expertise * Create architecture definitions, interfaces, integration designs, data models, and reusable artifacts * Develop thought leadership materials (blogs, webinars, customer stories) and support talent development within Core Sales/Service teams * Demonstrate offerings and accelerators to customers and internal teams to drive solution awareness and adoption Tasks * 15 years Salesforce consulting and implementation experience * Proven ability to architect Salesforce solutions with business case alignment for C-suite audiences * Experience implementing Community Cloud and/or Service Cloud * Experience leading cloud solution deployments across multiple industries (retail, banking/finance, travel, hospitality, healthcare) * Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and related ecosystem * Experience building applications with Lightning, Visualforce, Apex, LWC, and declarative development approaches * Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party components via REST/SOAP APIs or Data Loader * Ability to create accurate proposals, ballparks, and resource plans and to communicate effectively with stakeholders Key requirements *
