Experteer Overview In this role you will lead large-scale Salesforce implementations aligned with enterprise strategy, translating complex business processes into Salesforce solutions. You will architect designs, oversee development, data migration, and integrations, and ensure security, scalability, and governance. You will mentor teams, drive change management and release processes, and continuously optimize the platform. Collaborate with stakeholders to shape the Salesforce roadmap and deliver impactful digital transformation. Compensation / Benefits * Lead design and execution of large Salesforce implementations aligned with enterprise strategy * Translate business processes into Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, integrations) * Architect and document solution designs; create blueprints and perform risk assessments * Oversee development, enforce coding standards, ensure platform security, scalability, and performance * Drive data migration, master data management, and integration strategies across Salesforce modules * Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate solutions and manage expectations * Mentor developers, administrators, and junior architects to foster excellence * Stay updated with Salesforce features; conduct PoCs and recommend optimizations * Manage change management, release cycles, testing, and documentation processes Tasks * 11 to 15 years of IT experience with ~8 years focused on Salesforce architecture/development/consulting * Proven track record leading complex Salesforce projects and integrating with ERP/financial systems * Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Lightning * Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Salesforce APIs; experience with integration and data migration tools (Data Loader, Informatica, Dell Boomi) * Strong knowledge of security models, compliance, SSO, and data governance within Salesforce * Salesforce certifications (CTA, Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect, Platform Developer III or Consultant) typically required or highly preferred * Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release management * Excellent leadership, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills Key requirements *
