IT Application Analyst III -Epic Cupid

The Applications Analyst III gathers business requirements, conducts needs assessments, and develops functional specifications and build to ensure that developed information technology solutions support business objectives. This level works with little or no supervision and acts as a resource for lower level Application Analysts.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4) years of experience

• Minimum of 3 years of IT experience (7 years if no degree) , preferably in healthcare or related field OR 2 years of IT experience (4 years if no degree)and 2 years of clinical experience (4 years if no degree)

• Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter.

• Works independently and effectively manages time with little or no supervision.

• Strong desktop skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook.

• Effective oral and written communication.

• Creates and maintains clear, concise documentation.

• Collaborates with other team members across the department.

• Demonstrates self-direction.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office platforms

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

• Bachelors degree.

Licenses and Certifications Required:

• Epic and/or other relevant certification(s) or, where applicable, other relevant applications experience, per the department and/or position needs for HMH. This includes, but is not limited to, EPIC certifications such as Prelude, Cadence, Willow, Cogito, Ambulatory, MyChart, Resolute, Health Information Management., The starting rate of pay is provided for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of a specific offer. Some jobs may also be eligible for performance-based incentives, bonuses, or commissions not reflected in the starting rate. Certain positions may also be eligible for shift differentials for work performed on evening, night, or weekend shifts.

Minimum rate of $97,011.20 Annually
