System Technician

• Operate high-speed digital printers, copiers, and duplicating equipment
• Prepare, format, and troubleshoot files for print (PDF-ready)
• Perform binding, cutting, folding, and finishing tasks
• Handle CD/DVD/Blu-ray duplication and packaging
• Scan, index, and perform OCR on documents with 100% quality checks
• Review job orders, select materials, and ensure on-time production
• Track production data and maintain accurate records
• Provide friendly, professional support to customers (in person, phone, email)
• Maintain equipment, follow safety procedures, and keep a clean workspace

Do you have experience in Scanning?, We’re looking for a detail-oriented System Technician to join our team! In this role, you’ll operate a front-end computer work station and utilize Windows and Microsoft programs. You’ll be working with vendors, service technicians and end users to ensure top-quality output while delivering excellent customer service., * Must be able to pass a security clearance

• Must be able to commute to, and work onsite in Port Hueneme, CA
• Must be able to work a schedule from 7:30am-3pm PST
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a production environment
