Applications Analyst

· Proven experience with Time and Attendance and Scheduling applications. Preferably 3 - 5 years’ experience with UKG - Pro Workforce Management and Scheduling (formerly known as Dimensions) and/or Kronos iSeries · Strong knowledge of timekeeping and payroll functions · Helpful if experience with building both work/daily and pay period rules, holidays, and pay codes in UKG - ProWFM and/or iSeries Skills: · Ability to work independently, retain flexibility and maintain composure under pressure · Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to troubleshoot problems and determine root causes · Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff to exchange information, including providing training and development to less experienced analysts · Ability to interpret customer needs to support the configuration of application. · Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals · Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers · Ability to maintain confidential information is mandatory Daily Responsibilities: · Understand and interpret timekeeping records and pay codes used in UKG ProWFM · Identify differences between Kronos iSeries and UKG ProWFM · Run UKG ProWFM dataviews, reports, and balance these reports accordingly · Understanding and determining the changes associated with timekeeping records (i.e. Work Rule Transfers, Labor Category Transfers, Business Structure, etc.) …adjustment rules/triggers that would identify timekeeping changes · Interpret customers’ needs/issues/questions (whether via email, ticket system, phone call, etc.) and be able to respond to them accordingly · Create hyperfinds in UKG ProWFM · Understanding the People setup for employees and managers in UKG ProWFM · Editing/changing/etc. time records in UKG ProWFM (whether in the schedule or timecard) · Understanding schedules in UKG ProWFM · Capable of learning independently. Education: Associate degree
