Digital Project Controls Director

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the strategy and deployment of a digital controls ecosystem to boost capital delivery performance across major programmes in Europe.You will blend senior programme controls expertise with hands-on configuration of digital tools to ensure data integrity and real-time insight for decision-makers.You will drive integration of processes, systems and data, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.This is an influential leadership role shaping digital control capabilities and project outcomes at scale.Compensaciones / Beneficios* Define and drive the digital project strategy aligned with client objectives* Set the roadmap for digital platforms (PMIS, CDE, BIM integration, cost/schedule systems) and data governance* Translate requirements into system design specifications and functional configuration* Lead selection, implementation and configuration of digital control systems (PMIS, cost tools, scheduling, CDE)* Configure modules (workflows, WBS, CBS, governance, stage gates, permissions)* Test, validate and optimize system logic, integrations and data flows* Promote user adoption via training, playbooks and clear communications* Ensure quality standards for digital deliverables and on-time delivery* Evaluate outcomes and implement improvements for future initiativesResponsabilidades* 10+ years delivering complex digital projects with leadership experience* Bachelor in STEM-related subjects* Strong knowledge of construction industry processes (procurement, design, handover)* Deep knowledge of project controls (cost, scheduling, risk, change, governance, reporting)* Hands-on configuration experience with PMIS or digital control platforms (e.g. Oracle Primavera Cloud, Oracle Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, CEMAR, SAP PS, Power BI)* Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies* PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certifications* Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams* Excellent problem-solving skills and stakeholder management* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentRequisitos principales*

• 10+ years delivering complex digital projects with leadership experience
• Bachelor in STEM-related subjects
