Job description
- Oversee the comprehensive planning and control of projects (costs, revenues, margins, and cash flow), ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Review and approve costs and payment obligations (procurement, subcontracting, personnel, and payments), ensuring financial control and compliance.
- Monitor certifications, measurements, and physical progress, ensuring consistency with the project’s financial progress.
- Prepare and track periodic reports (KPIs, cash flow forecasts, progress reports), supporting decision-making.
- Analyze deviations from budget and planning, identifying risks, opportunities, cost overruns, and potential penalties.
- Coordinate and consolidate planning information across different project levels, ensuring standardized formats and reporting.
- Support the definition of objectives and oversee compliance with established plans.
- Participate in project close-outs and audits, including review of final reconciliations, margins, and lessons learned.

Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
- Additional training in project control or financial management is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Management Control / Project Control roles in construction or service companies.
- Experience in financial and economic control of projects (costs, margins, planning, and monitoring).
- Experience on-site or in real operations (not exclusively corporate roles).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial and operational data.
- Experience in planning, cost control, and KPI tracking.
- Ability to structure and standardize processes and reports.
- Proactive mindset focused on anticipation, control, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to interact effectively with technical and business teams.
