Pqa / Sqa Engineer (Assembly)

Overview At EBRO Factory, we are driving the future of the automotive industry through innovation, quality, and operational excellence.We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PQA / SQA Engineer to strengthen our Quality team within the Assembly area .Responsibilities Lead product and supplier quality in Trim & Assembly, accelerating issue resolution, continuous improvement, and compliance with customer and EBRO standards.Lead quality containment actions and root cause analysis for production and supplier issues.Coordinate corrective and preventive actions using methodologies such as 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why, QRQC, etc.Monitor KPIs related to quality performance, defects, rework, and supplier incidents.Support launch activities, validations, and engineering changes during industrialization phases.Collaborate closely with Production, Logistics, Engineering, and Suppliers to ensure quality compliance.Conduct audits and follow-up activities with suppliers and internal stakeholders.Ensure compliance with automotive standards and customer requirements.Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar.Previous experience in Automotive Quality, preferably within Trim & Assembly.Experience in PQA, SQA, Supplier Quality or Manufacturing Quality roles.Knowledge of vehicle interior components (trim, interiors, finishes, etc.).Knowledge of automotive quality tools and standards: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, 8D methodology.SAP knowledge is a plus.Advanced level of English.Why Join EBRO?Opportunity to join a growing automotive project with international scope.Dynamic and collaborative environment.Professional development and continuous learning.Competitive compensation package.Apply now and join the EBRO journey.#J-*****-Ljbffr

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar. Previous experience in Automotive Quality, preferably within Trim & Assembly. Experience in PQA, SQA, Supplier Quality or Manufacturing Quality roles. Knowledge of vehicle interior components (trim, interiors, finishes, etc.). Knowledge of automotive quality tools and standards: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, 8D methodology. SAP knowledge is a plus. Advanced level of English.
